A Cedar Grove couple is facing child neglect and animal abuse charges for allegedly leaving dogs inside of a filthy home. Panama City police arrested 47-year-old Larry Robbins and his 39-year-old wife Vicki.

Officials say the Robbins left several animals inside of their home for ten days. Neighbors called police because of the smell.

Two of the dogs were confined in a cage with no food or water.

The home was reportedly full of rotten food, animal waste and boxes of junk.

Authorities charged the two with child neglect for allowing their children to live in that environment.

A judge set $5,000 bonds for both of the Robbins.
