Cats hanged, burned, and dumped
Hartford, CT (US)

Incident Date: Tuesday, Nov 30, 2004
County: Hartford

Disposition: Open

Suspect(s) Unknown - We need your help!

Two cats were found hanged, burned and thrown into a dumpster in the back of an apartment complex off  Wethersfield Avenue in Hartford. Hartford police are looking for information, and apparently another cat is missing.

Although the cats were strays, apartment resident Dianna Bailey cared for them and is offering a reward for information leading to the cat killer's capture.

"if somebody can come forward they'll get $500 for turning the person into us," said Bailey.
