A couple's missing Boxer dogs were found in a field with their heads cut off. Barbara Vetter said they heard nothing when the dogs were taken from their yard.

The two dogs were found side by side. Their heads were lying nearby. Their collars and identification tags had been removed, but a rabies tag was near the bodies.

The deaths are being invesigated by the Adams County Sheriff's Department.
