Nikolaos Lystras, 19, pleaded guilty to felony cruelty for killing a family's 800-pound pet pig in its stall in August. He faces up to 10 years in prison. District Judge Melvyn Perez, ordered pre-sentence report by state probation and parole officials and set sentencing for April 28.

Lystras has been in jail since being arrested in Nov. He stabbed Arnold, as the 11 yr old pig was known to death. Case was not plea bargained because the offense was atrocious. The pig was not killed with a single blow, it was stabbed dozens of times.
