Ceasar Morelli was badly burned when he tried to kill two raccoons and a skunk he had caught by setting them afire.
Morelli, of 186 Foote St., tried to destroy the wild animals because they had ben a nuisance for months, getting into his trash, according to Barrington police.
He put the animals in an abondoned septic tank in his backyard and poured on the gasoline, according to police. But the burst of flames enveloped the top half of his body.
One of the raccoons survived the fire.
