Justin Hall, age 21 was charged with extreme animal cruelty ovember 13, 2001 in Deming, New Mexico. Hall allegedly coaxed a german shepherd into his girlfriend home where he stabbed and slit the throat of the dog. An ongoing investation is taking place.
