Sandra L. Farmer, 57, of 53 Cross St., Westerly, pled not guilty to two counts of cruelty to animals, and one count of compulsory rabies vaccination. The court dropped both counts of cruelty to animals, but ordered that she keep no more than four pets for the rabies vaccination charge. That charge was also filed.
