A reward is now being offered to help capture the person who tortured a dog in Blackwood, New Jersey. Pixie, a pit bull, is recovering from fifty burns. Someone put out their cigarettes on her fur.
PETA is putting up 25-hundred dollars for information leading to an arrest and conviction in the case.
