Twenty-eight Arabian horses were seized from a Fairacres couple after animal control officers said the horses were neglected, underfed and overpopulating the acreage in which they were kept. The two were indicted Jan. 11, each on 21 counts of extreme cruelty to animals, seven counts of cruelty to animals and 42 counts of zoning violations.
