Warrants have been filed against a Miami Township man for animal cruelty after police say the man stomped a kitten to death.

The warrants for Kevin Flanagan also include "no operator's license."

Officials say Flanagan's wife and a witness reported the incident Sunday night, saying that Flanagan killed the cat then took off drunk in a car.

Police say Flanagan has no driver's license because of previous DUI convictions.
