The Idaho Humane Society Animal Control Division received a report on May 24 of two terrier-mix dogs abandoned in a residence on 39th Street in GardenCity. Officers left food and water for the dogs before leaving a 24-hour notice of impound on the residence. After no one contacted authorities to claim the dogs, they were taken by officers. If located, the dogs' owner will be cited for animal abandonment.  Both dogs are currently available for adoption.
