Dogs found dead in garage

Police spokesman Chris Lagerbloom said that officers responding to a complaint about a smell found two dead dogs under a tarp in Allison Bogle's garage. Bogle was taken to Fulton County Jail and charged with 2 counts of cruelty to animals, 2 counts of harming or maiming dogs and one count of maintaining a disorderly house. She was released on a signature bond.
