Neighbors complained about a bad smell coming from the house. Animal control and the Health Department investigated and found 2 dogs 29 cats, approx. 50 rats, 1 guinea pig, and 1 copperhead snake in the house.  The homeowner stated that she had 2 dogs and only 3 or 4 cats.  The animals were seized.  1 dog was released to the daughter and the rest of the animals were either adopted or released to rescue organizations.  The Dept of game and Inland Fisheries was contacted concerning the snake.
