Fonseca was cited for having a vicious dog.  The dog is under quarantine for biting which ultimately crushed the larynx of Mount Blue High School freshman Amanda LaForge from New Sharon.

The 15-year-old LaForge was spending the night wtih a friend when the attack occurred.

Fonseca and the dog were visiting from Massachusetts at the time of the attack.
