No charges will be filed in the case against a teenager who dragged Jasper, a pomeranian, behind his car on the evening of January 28th.
Investigations have proved that the driver of the vehicle did not know that the animal was tied to his bumper. Authorities had conflicting stories at first, each version different, but with the same outcome; Jasper being treated at the Rincon veterinary clinic for bloodied paws.
Effingham County State Court Solicitor Danny Price spent time conducting interviews in the neighborhood after the incident, which is unusual for a part-time court solicitor. Price concluded that the boy did not know that the animal was there. References« Back to Search Results
