County animal control officers found one dead puppy and seized nine adult Queensland healer dogs that showed signs of neglect at a Foristell home Friday.

Theresa Williams, the county's director of the Division of Humane Services, said investigators on Monday planned to give a report to the county prosecuting attorney that could lead to the arrest of the owner of the dogs on charges of animal abuse.
