During a heartbreaking story this Thursday about dogs neglected so badly they can barely walk, the Department of Agriculture and Animal Control seized seven Afghans.
The owners, Kenneth and Patricia Liscinsky have been arrested on seven counts each for cruelty to animals.
Authorities say the dogs were living with the owners in a motor home. The dogs are emaciated and have several health problems. References« CT State Animal Cruelty Map
