Two people are facing animal cruelty charges after the Ontario County Humane Society and Ontario County Sheriff's Office found an emaciated dog in a home in Shortsville.
Sheriff's deputies say 41-year-old Shawn Fenner and 42-year-old Kymmberlie Fullagar, both of Shortsville, are charged with aggravated cruelty to animals.
Sheriff's deputies discovered a nine-year-old female Doberman named "Isis" being kept in a metal crate that was covered with blankets and clothes in a child's bedroom. The dog was found to be emaciated and in need of veterinarian care.
"Isis" is currently receiving treatment from the Ontario County Humane Society.
Fenner and Fullagar will appear in Manchester Town Court at a later date. More charges are pending.

Note: Classifications and other fields should not be used to determine what specific charges the suspect is facing or was convicted of - they are for research and statistical purposes only. The case report and subsequent updates outline the specific charges. Charges referenced in the original case report may be modified throughout the course of the investigation or trial, so case updates, when available, should always be considered the most accurate reflection of charges.
