A consent order was filed in the Ocean County superior NJ court june 22, 1995 by Judge William Huber on behalf of NJ SPCA OC Branch.  Connie was convicted and fined, and had 9 of the 11 horses permanently removed from her.  The judge allowed her to have 1 horse and 1 pony returned to her after fines were paid.
