Penn Yan Police are looking for whoever is responsible for the intentional drowning of a cat in the Outlet near the Main St. bridge around 7:55 p.m. April 3.
Officers responded to the report of the deceased cat being found in a nylon cooler, and have reason to believe it was placed inside and then thrown in the Outlet in an attempt to euthanize the animal.
