Agentes de la Guardia Civil, pertenecientes al Servicio de Protección de la Naturaleza de la Comandancia de la Guardia Civil de Madrid, han logrado localizar al propietario de un finca, cuyos animales han sido hallados en evidente estado de abandono, encontrando, así mismo, varios animales muertos por inanición, habiendo procedido a imputarle un delito de maltrato de animal doméstico.

La investigación, desarrollada por la Sección de Patrullas Urbanas del SEPRONA, tenía su inicio el pasado 18 de febrero, cuando localizaban el cadáver de un perro colgado en un árbol. A partir de este momento, los Agentes iniciaron una labor encaminada a identificar al presunto autor de este hecho, lo que motivó la apertura de las correspondientes diligencias que fueron entregadas en los Juzgados de Plaza Castilla.

Continuando con la investigación, los Agentes realizaron una minuciosa inspección en la zona, situada entre la M-45 y el Parque de la Gavia, donde localizaron los cuerpos de dos equinos muertos, intensificándose las gestiones a partir de este momento, por parte del SEPRONA, tendentes a localizar al propietario de los animales.

Finalmente, lograban localizar un varón de 50 años, que reconoció a los animales como suyos, manifestando que era propietario de varios caballos y varios perros, hecho que motivó que los Agentes realizaran la correspondiente inspección, localizando en el interior de una finca cinco canes, de los que carece de cartillas sanitarias, estando en unas condiciones higiénico sanitarias deplorables.

En la inspección, la Patrulla del SEPRONA localizaba cinco cabezas de ganado equino vivas, y un animal más muerto. La mayor parte de estos animales no cuentan con el correspondiente microchip, no reuniendo el lugar las condiciones adecuadas para el mantenimiento de los mismos.

Estos extremos motivaron que los Agentes imputaran al propietario de los mismos un delito de maltrato de animal doméstico, poniendo en conocimiento de las Autoridades de la Comunidad Autónoma de Madrid, la situación de los animales, haciéndose cargo de los mismos.

Civil Guard officers belonging to the Service of Protection of Nature of the headquarters of the Guardia Civil in Madrid, have managed to trace the owner of a farm whose animals have been found in an obvious state of neglect, finding, also, several animals died from starvation, having proceeded to accuse a crime of mistreatment of pets.

The research, developed by the Section of Urban Patrols SEPRONA, had its beginning on 18 February, when located the body of a dog hanging on a tree. From this point, the agents began a work to identify the alleged perpetrator of this fact, which led to the opening of proceedings for which were delivered in the Courts of Plaza Castilla.

Continuing the investigation, agents conducted a thorough inspection in the area, located between the M-45 and the Parque de la Gavia, where they located the bodies of two dead horses, intensifying efforts from now, by the SEPRONA , intended to locate the owner of the animals.

Finally, they managed to locate a 50 year old male, who recognized the animal as his own, stating that he owned several horses and several dogs, which led to the Agents undertake the appropriate inspection, locating on a farm within five dogs, for which no health cards, being in a deplorable sanitary conditions.

Upon inspection, localized Patrol SEPRONA five head of horses alive and dead animal. Most of these animals did not have the corresponding microchip gathering place not suitable conditions for their maintenance.

These extremes led to the Agents charged to the owner of such a crime of mistreatment of pet, putting the attention of the authorities of the Autonomous Community of Madrid, the status of the animals, taking care of them.
