Alleged: Monica Arnold
A woman who Suffolk police say sold puppies from her home - then vanished when the buyers came to collect their new family pets - was arrested in Texas.
Police say it was a tip to the Crimeline that led them to 35-year old Monica Arnold, who was apprehended in Potter County. Potter County is the home of Amarillo, Texas.
