A volunteer found a cat with his left eye out of his socket. The cat, "Pepiño", was taken to a veterinarian who confirmed that the injure had been inflicted intentionally with a pocket knife. Pepiño is recovering and looking for a home. His brother was spotted with a cut over his eye, but now he is missing.
