On August 21st Deputy Provenzano was dispatched to the 23000 block of Brushy Trail in reference to an Animal Cruelty call.

The Reportee advised his dog was in his neighbor's yard and the neighbor shot it with a 12 gauge shot gun.

The neighbor a 23 year old male subject admitting shooting the dog because he was mad that the dog was in his yard.

The subject was taken into custody for Cruelty to Animal.
