Lonnie Douglas is accused of dragging his dog by a leash with his truck was in court Tuesday, December 22, 2003.
Douglas pleaded not guilty in the Allen County district court. Douglas is scheduled to appear in court and faces a cruelty to animals in the second degree charge. It stems from early November when Douglas allegedly drove his truck down the street with his dog tied to the back. Douglas used the dog for hunting and was exercising him.
