Louisville Metro Animal Services have caught a man they say is responsible for one of three cases of severe animal cruelty.

An anonymous tip led MAS workers to Eric Jones, who they say abused a beagle.

Autumn was found on Greenwood Avenue, on Aug. 24., with an embedded collar duct-taped around her neck.

She has since been adopted by a foster home.

Jones will be in court September 21st, facing charges of animal cruelty and torture among others.
