English:

It has happened again. One foal died of starvation in an area of the city Livestock Polygon, a fact that has caused great outrage among residents and ranchers in the area. And so not only by the fact itself, by the tremendous gravity action is starving and thirsty animal, but because the owner of the foal died "is a repeat offender in these cases of animal abuse. "

Apparently, and as they say both parcel owners of this estate, as the protector of animals in the city, it's A. R. M., the same as last November and left to die of hunger in the plot of this polygon to another horse, in addition to 28 fully malnourished horses. And it should be recalled, only a year after it opened another case after being located two of their mares dead and buried on the farm.

Faced with this new case, as reported by agents of Seprona, the animal shelter yesterday showed his "indignation "over the functioning of institutions, which criticized for his "carelessness, "which they stated "demonstrates the fact that a same individual may commit a third time such serious "and called for greater involvement and hardness of all relevant agencies, including the Board and the Office of Environment, to end" once and for all "with animal abuse.
