A blog (letumcanis.blogspot.com) has published a 11-minute video where a Pomeranian puppy is tortured to death.

The owner of the blog, claiming to be from Badajoz (where the mutilated puppies found 2 2 years ago) has threatened more deaths to the comments of rejection that has generated its savagery:

"Fuck you bastards! what you do? melt the fucking pc virus ? here I hope, with my bitch of 9 healthy puppies that will see the light of day over the weekend. One by one they'll kill you. You will be able to arrive earlier to stop? go! you are legion, do not you forget, ye shall not , coming for me, please salvadle life to those 9 innocent will not see the light but for a few minutes. you want my address? Bring out paper and pencil kids: Corner of Violet Street and Bougainvillea, NW side Behind Children's Hospital, when you want welcome. "

The case is being investigated by the local SPCA and the Police.

Concerned citizens urged 5 Spanish animal protection groups to open an account and solicit funds from the public towards a reward fund (FONDO 337) for information leading to the conviction of those responsible for the torture. There is now an INTERNATIONAL REWARD of 6,000€ (USD 8,300) for information leading to the arrest and conviction of Schnauzi's torturer.

En un blog (letumcanis.blogspot.com) ha sido publicado un video inhumano de 11 minutos donde aparece 1 cachorro de la raza Lulú de Pomerania torturado hasta la muerte.

El dueño del blog, que afirma ser de Badajoz (lugar donde se encontraron 2 cachorros mutilados hace 2 años) ha amenazado con más muertes ante los comentarios de rechazo que ha generado su salvajada:

"Y yo pensaba que era el único enfermo. Alguno de vosotros podéis explicar esa mamoneria de "somos legion, no perdonamos, no nos olvidamos"? Me cago en vosotros hijos de perra! qué vais a hacer? fundirme el pc con virus de mierda? aca os espero, con mi perra preñada de 9 saludables cachorros que verán la luz del dia el fin de semana. Uno a uno los voy a matar. Podreis llegar antes para detenerme? vamos! sois legion, no os olvidais, no os detendreis, vienen a por mi, por favor, salvadle la vida a esos 9 inocentes que no veran la luz sino por unos minutos. Quereis mi direccion? sacad papel y lapiz chavales: esquina de la calle de la Violeta y Buganvilla, costado nor-occidente, detrás del Hospital Infantil, cuando querais bienvenidos".

No sabemos que pretende dando esa supuesta dirección. Solo observamos que por sus comentarios y acciones se trata de una persona desequilibrada y muy peligrosa; ahora serán cachorros pero en un futuro quién sabe hasta donde podrá llegar.

Hemos estado investigando, lo seguiremos haciendo y animamos a todo el mundo a que lo haga -a la Policia también-. Estos son algunos de los datos y conclusiones que hemos obtenido:

1. En el término municipal de Don Benito (Badajoz) ha habido varios casos de torturas y ahorcamientos de animales.
2. Analizando el texto algunos detalles como el empleo de la palabra 'cigarrillero', 'aca' o la substitución de 'eses' por 'ces' dejan entrever cierta influencia latina. El resto de la redacción -no obstante- es de un perfecto español.
3. El resto indica que se siente muy seguro de si mismo. Estará observando desde algún lado. Seguro que está allí esperando.
4. La dirección que da es o falsa o poco precisa. Las esquinas de esas calles son obras a un lado y una clínica al otro. Cerca de la clinica hay varias casas. Ningún vecino sabe nada.
5. En una clínica veterinaria cercana no saben nada de nadie con el perfil que tenemos. Están sobre aviso tanto clínicas veterinarias cercanas, como bares y comercios.

El caso está siendo investigado por el SEPRONA y un grupo de 5 asociaciones GEVHA, Altarriba, Justicia Animal, Libera! y la Sociedad Zoológica de Extremadura gestionarán un fondo de colaboración ciudadana que permitirá recompensar a quien de pistas para su detención.

We have spoken with SEPRONA on March 7th. SEPRONA has informed us that the case remains open and that the investigation is still ongoing in Spain. The National Police have stated in a press release that they are convinced that the video was uploaded outside Spain's borders, but they cannot state with certainty that Asesino Kino is not in our country.

The Police also do not rule out the possibility that this case of animal abuse could have taken place in Colombia, and Spanish Police are in touch with the relevant authorities in Colombia.

We hope that both Spanish and Colombian television channels will heed the petition to air images of the "torture room" where this crime took place, and thereby reach a greater audience.

We further hope that someone will recognize this "torture room" and will contact the Police

Summary Information:

This month a shocking video appeared in the Internet with step-by-step images of the mutilation, burning, suffocation and death of a puppy. In the video, the torturer claimed to be from Badajoz, Spain and threatened to torture and kill another 94 dogs.

Deeply disturbed by the video of the heinous torture of the puppy, a group of concerned citizens took it upon themselves to take up an initial collection and petition a team of animal welfare organizations to create an account for contributions towards a reward for information leading to the conviction of those responsible for Schnauzi's agonizing death.

The Reward Fund 337 (FONDO 337) will offer an economic incentive for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of those engaged in Schnauzi's death, and hopes to prevent the culprit or culprits from killing more dogs.

FONDO 337 is guided by a team of 5 non-profit animal welfare organizations: GEHVA (Group for the Study of Violence Toward Humans and Animals), Fundación Altarriba, Justicia Animal, Sociedad Zoológica de Extremadura and Asociación Animalista Libera!

Both independently and as a team, these organizations have long experience working with cases of animal abuse, and have led successful campaigns resulting in significant legislative changes in animal protection laws. The team members count with established relationships with law enforcement agencies investigating the case, and are supported by legal professionals to facilitate the proper handling of such a reward.

All team members are determined to try and seek justice for Schnauzi and will continue to campaign for more stringent laws and stricter penalties for animal abusers in Spain.

The reward can be granted to a person of any nationality and in any country, in accordance with the laws of the country in question.
