Police in Albemarle County are asking for your help as they investigate a disturbing case of animal cruelty. A cat was found tortured, killed and then pinned to a piece of plywood this weekend. Its body had been left on the platform of a hydraulic lift, which was parked near an apartment building under construction near Route 205.
