2 daschund puppies stolen

A Bristol family have appealed for help to find two missing daschund puppies that have been stolen. They appealing for people to help find the dogs, and are offering a large reward for information that leads to their return.

The puppies were in the back of a the family's blue Land Rover Defender (registration number 888 DAX) which was stolen from outside St Peter's Church, Worcester Road in Bromsgrove on Thursday 6th January 2011, whilst the owner was attending a funeral.

The owners believe that it's likely the thieves didn't know the dogs were in the back of the car when it was stolen.

The missing puppies are a chocolate a red coloured, smooth hair miniature daschund wearing a chocolate brown leather and brass collar, and a brindle coloured wired hair miniature daschund. Both dogs are 7 months old and male.

The puppies were in a white wire dog carrier at the time of the theft, approximately 28" x 28", with a pillow and dog blankets.

On a facebook appeal page set up to generate awareness of the missing dogs, the family said, 'The dogs are well looked after and from a very loving home, and are desperately missed by their family.

A large cash reward is offered for information leading to the return of the dogs. No questions asked about the theft of the car or other contents, the family just want their dogs to come back home.'
