Dogs sexually assaulted
Milton, FL (US)

Incident Date: Tuesday, Nov 30, 2010
County: Santa Rosa

Charges: Felony CTA, Felony Non-CTA
Disposition: Alleged

Alleged: Ryan Hayes Ferraro

A man with a history of mental issues is charged with cruelty to animals and lewd and lascivious behavior.

Santa Rosa County deputies arrested 18-year-old Ryan Hayes Ferraro recently after he admitted he'd had sex with two family dogs and exposed himself to a female younger than himself, an incident report said.

Family members were asked by deputies if Ferraro "had any kind of mental issues," the report said. Their response was that he did, it said.

Ferraro is also charged with felony drug possession and tampering with evidence.

Authorities arrived the home of some Ferraro relatives after they reported he'd damaged their home while they were away.

Ferraro admitted to deputies he'd thrown one of the family dogs off the second-story front porch of the home, the incident report said.

Ferraro also told deputies he'd exposed himself to a young female. The girl said Ferraro "tried to get her clothes off," the police report said.

Deputies also found oxycontin pills in the toilet of the home at which they were interviewing Ferraro
