On November 14, 2010, at about 2:09 p.m., Sheriff's Dispatch received a report of a traffic collision in the area of Lukens Lane and San Jacinto Avenue, an unincorporated area of Riverside County known as Mead Valley. Perris Station deputies responded to the location and arrived within minutes. They discovered a green Mercury sedan had collided with another vehicle and several fixed objects along Lukens Lane.
