The manager of Lake Shore Towers gunned down a doe and her fawn Saturday as they grazed behind the apartment building on Edgewater Drive, police and witnesses said.

City prosecutors charged Garwood "Jay" Wilson Jr., 45, with misdemeanor cruelty to animals, obstructing official business and discharging a gun in the city.
