A Tiverton sheep owner who's herd was discovered last winter in bad condition has agreed to turn himself into police.
Most of the sheep in the herd had to be euthanized, because they were too malnourished and too sick to be saved.
Margied Mohammed, and a woman who works for him, face animal cruelty charges, and were expected to be in court Thursday, Aug 21.
The Tiverton police said Mohammed has agreed to turn himself in next week. They also told News Channel 10 that a warrant will be issued for caretaker Candice Medeiros. Neighborhood MapFor more information about the Interactive Animal Cruelty Maps, see the map notes.
