Clay County sheriff's deputies arrested a man and charged him with felony dogfighting.

23-year-old Fredrick Robinson of eastern Clay County was taken into custody Sunday behind a home on Jack Dill Road.

He is out on a $5,000 bond.

Law enforcement says Robinson was with four others where a couple of dogs were fighting but those four escaped.

Deputies did seize three dogs and three cars.

The animals were turned over to a local veterinarian.
