A Fulton man was charged with felony animal cruelty after stabbing and cutting a brown-and-white pit bull, which later died, police said.

Dennis W. Duell, 33, of 210 Oneida St., was also charged with felony criminal mischief and harassment, a violation, in the 11:45 a.m. incident, said Sgt. Dave Ludington in a news release.
