A Mohave County animal control enforcement officer who went to a home in Valley Vista on Tuesday found a German Shepard locked in a plastic travel crate sitting in the sun without any water, deputies said.

At about 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, a search warrant was executed at the home and deputies said they found a make-shift pipe with burnt residue and four unhealthy dogs.
Kral was taken into custody without incident. Child Protective Services responded and took custody of Kral's 2-year-old child.
