Someone left a mother cat and 5 kittens behind the Progressive Animal Welfare Society's shelter.  Because they didn't leave the cats in front of the building, 3 of the kittens drowned due to heavy rains before they were discovered.  2 surviving kittens had to be placed on oxygen.
