Suspect(s) Unknown - We need your help!

Jacoby Talbert, 26, of Winslow, N.J., was shot on Locust Court, the courtyard of his own apartment complex, about 7 p.m. Friday. He died at Cooper University Hospital, in Camden.

Talbert was walking his dog at the time of the shooting. His dog, which appeared to be a pit bull, was also shot and killed.
