Alice Miller, age 60 has been charged with 3 counts of felony animal cruelty. Miller had over 50 animals at 1906 E. Spencer St., a house she owns but does not reside in. Hillsborough County Animal Services found cats in cages outside in the freezing cold and found 3 dead cats in the house.

Two days after the charges were filed, Miller was still in the Orient Road Jail. Her bail was set at $3000.
