Pratt is also charged with domestic battery, domestic assault, and cruelty to animals.
She is currently out of jail, after posting her $53,500 bond.
Both the Smithburg and West Union Volunteer Fire Departments responded to the call.
Case UpdatesThe Doddridge County grand jury has indicted a West Union woman on charges of first degree arson and cruelty to animals.
The grand jury returned those indictments against Jessica Pratt during its February term.
Last December, during a domestic dispute, Pratt set a fire at a mobile home on Smithton Road, between West Union and Smithburg, sheriff's deputies say.
There were pets in the home at the time of the fire.
