Zoo is a dog picked up by PETA a little over a month ago - He was nearly 30 pounds underweight. According to reports, he was chained up outside all day, everyday.

Zoo suffered from starvation and also tested positive for heart worm disease. Ordonez Gilmore and Katreil Gilmore of Suffolk were arrested and charged with cruelty to animals.
