The Missouri Humane Society is dealing with one of the worst cases of animal abuse it has seen this year. It has been a very busy night at the Humane Society after investigators raided a commercial breeding facility in West Plains, Missouri. Now 67 severely neglected and abused dogs and puppies are back in St. Louis.
