Alleged: Jenia Taylor

A Chattanooga woman faces animal cruelty charges after police say she let five puppies die and another to survive by cannibalism.

Officers arrested Jenia Taylor on Wednesday. Her arrest report states that an officer arrived at her home on Gillespie Road and noticed five dog corpses inside of a shed and one puppy still alive and eating the dead puppies.
