Case UpdatesBritany Trout was originally issued 22 citations by animal control for the abuse and neglect of seven pitbulls.
Friday, those charges were dropped in Terre Haute City Court since Trout was not the actual owner of the animals.
Instead, those citations were given to owner Steven Session. Session pleaded guilty to all 22 counts, as well as giving up his rights to the animals.
Session was also fined $75 a piece for two of the dogs. All of the animals were taken to the Terre Haute Humane Society. | Source: WHITV - Sept 5, 2008 Update posted on Sep 6, 2008 - 9:21AM |
