At approximately 5:30 a.m., Wednesday, M.A.G.N.E.T. (Mohave Area General Narcotics Enforcement Team) detectives with assistance from the Bullhead City Police Department's SWAT team executed a search warrant in the 1300 block of Keem Road in Fort Mojave.
M.A.G.N.E.T. detectives had received information that drug sales were occurring at the residence. Police found approximately 1.5 ounces of methamphetamine, including several pre-packaged plastic bags which appeared to have been weighed and ready for sale.
Detectives also located several hundred dollars in small bills, numerous empty plastic bags and a digital scale, all consistent with the sale of drugs. Detectives discovered several working surveillance cameras and a police radio scanner along with a list of police call signs.
A large amount of meth was found one foot away from an 18-month-old child in the master bedroom. The primary residents of the house, Lisa Lee Johnston, 39 and Michael Gene Mitchell, 34, were both arrested on suspicion of possession of dangerous drugs, possession of dangerous drugs for sale, possession of drug paraphernalia and child abuse.
Gator Blue Gonzales, 31 and Lacey Amber Fields, 27, were living in an RV located on the property. A search of vehicle revealed a glass meth pipe with burnt residue.
Gonzales and Fields were arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia. Approximately 30 dogs were also living inside the RV. Mohave County Animal Control was called to the scene to assist.
All four suspects were booked into the Mohave County Jail. References« AZ State Animal Cruelty Map « More cases in Mohave County, AZ
