Alleged: Mark E. Phillips
A Lansdale man was cited with cruelty to animals after he left his dog in his vehicle while shopping at a retail store in Hilltown at 2:23 p.m. June 27.
Mark E. Phillips, 55, of the 1600 block of Braeburn Terrace, allegedly left the dog in the vehicle with the windows closed for about 30 minutes in 90 degree heat, police said.
