County: Hamilton

Charges: Felony CTA
Disposition: Dismissed (Conditional)

Person of Interest: Gary Dillingham

Gary Dillingham, 19, appeared in court on July 3rd on charges of dogfighting and obstructing official business.

According to police and court documents, officers responded to a call in the 1100 block of Chamberlain Avenue just after 4 p.m. on July 2nd. Dillingham allegedly tried to walk away from the officers, who pulled a Taser on him.

Police found two dogs on the property.

Dillingham's lawyer said the case was merely one of "wrong place, wrong time," and that a large group scattered when police arrived at the home.

A judge set Dillingham's bond at $6,000 or allowed him to be released with electronic monitoring.

Note: Classifications and other fields should not be used to determine what specific charges the suspect is facing or was convicted of - they are for research and statistical purposes only. The case report and subsequent updates outline the specific charges. Charges referenced in the original case report may be modified throughout the course of the investigation or trial, so case updates, when available, should always be considered the most accurate reflection of charges.
