Dog's mouth and feet duct-taped

Police found a Yorkshire terrier with duct tape on its feet and around its mouth in the 20000 block of Brook St..  The dog was taken into custody.  The police had to cut the animal's fur to remove the tape.  Police located a girl looking for the dog and took her home.  The dog was turned over to the humane society.

Stachelsi lives at 20019 Brook St. and was charged with animal cruelty and resisting arrest.  He reportedly used the duck tape to keep the dog quiet.  When police tried to handcuff himi, he strugtgled with officers before being subdued.
