Animal control officers say they found a dead dog and two severely malnourished dogs on a Gwinnett County property.
Toby Breedlove is charged with three counts of animal cruelty. He posted a $28,000 bond to get out of jail.
Officers say a neighbor called police when she saw a dead dog in Breedlove's pool.
Officers say one of the black lab puppies in Breedlove's Old Fountain Road home was so hungry, it tried to eat one of the other puppies.

| A woman accused of a horrific case of animal cruelty in Gwinnett County has turned herself in. Charlotte Breedlove is charged with three counts of animal cruelty. Her husband, Toby, turned himself in last week. According to CBS 46 News (WGCL), the arrest warrant says they found a black puppy that has died of starvation. She had allegedly been left in her pen for days, and was partially eaten by her pen mate.
